North Fenner Lodge

North-Fenner Lodge was built in the mid 19th Century in the Carpenter Gothic style. Three beautifully decorated double-occupancy rooms have been totally remodeled with period antiques and original art works. The large grounds, over a half acre, include ample on-site parking. The Lodge is conveniently located with quick access to all attractions Newport has to offer.

The "Delaware" room is furnished with period antiques in the Victorian style with original art works of the period and attention to detail. The "Paris" room is furnished in the French Provincial style with beautiful wall coverings and appointments that match the period. This room also features a fireplace for that cozy feeling in fall or winter. in addition the room also features a full kitchen and private patio. The "Fireside" room is a large room featuring a magnificent bedroom set. The hand painted pine with additional matching pieces is striking. The fireplace, original art works and wet-bar complete the experience

Our gourmet breakfasts go well beyond your typical "bun and a cup of coffee" and receive many compliments from our guests. Head chef Seidy prepares gourmet treats such as: Banana creps with lime-maple sauce, fresh berries with Amaretto sauce and Croissants a L'Orange. Fresh breads are also baked daily and served along with fresh Costa-Rican coffee, juice and a variety of teas On beautiful mornings breakfast is served in the gazebo. On mornings when weather is not in our favor, breakfast is served in our new sun room. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 am.
