Bed and Breakfast Inns of North America he Spring Seasons Inn is an 1870's Victorian style Bed & Breakfast located within walking distance of many of Newport's nearby attractions. Just a block from Washington Square Park and the Jane Pickens Theater where the Farrelly brothers premier many of their movies.

We offer a full breakfast and all our rooms have a private Jacuzzi bath with two rooms offering a Queen size bed and the third floor suite offering a King size bed. Our third floor suite had a large Jacuzzi tub and shower along with an outdoor deck.
