small and intimate B&B located in Custer, South Dakota, French Creek Ranch provides a quiet, safe and personal experience for all of our guests. Those who stay here leave feeling special and horses leave feeling pampered as well.

A picturesque setting on 26 acres just 0.2 mile off of Hwy 16-A east of Custer (away from highway noises) guests have easy access to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, the Badlands, Devil's Tower and other area attractions. In addition hiking, biking and horse trails are accessible out of the Ranch property.

Tastefully decorated with antiques, western and Native American artwork and Cowboy furnishings, guest accommodations are luxurious and inviting. They include queen size beds with private baths; guest sitting area with stone fireplace; satelitte TV, billiards, honky tonk piano, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils if guests want to prepare lunches or evening meals.

Enjoy the European sauna, lighted tennis courts, volley ball or shoot baskets on the basketball courts. An outdoor gas barbecue grill, picnic table, and and patio areas provide a great place to relax with awesome views of the Needles Formation.

Horse boarding is available for guests traveling with equine companions. Limited trailer hook-ups if some in your party are bringing their own beds!
