Lakeside Farm Bed & Breakfast

Webster, South Dakota

A Norwegian immigrant pioneer established a tree claim on the rugged, beautiful South Dakota prairie more than a century ago. He chose the spot for its fertile soil, gently rolling hills, and proximity to Waubay Lake. Today his grandson, Glenn Hagen and his wife, Joy, own and operate Lakeside Farm.

You are invited to sample a bit of country life with us at Lakeside Farm Bed & Breakfast. Explore the grove, the barns and pastures, or just relax with a cup of tea in the farmhouse. Enjoy a long, leisurely morning in bed until you're awakened by the tantalizing smell of Joy's home-cooked breakfast. Or, of you prefer to wake up with the chickens, you can come outdoors for morning chores.

We have room for 4-5 guests at Lakeside Farm Bed & Breakfast. The two guest rooms are on the second floor of the farmhouse. One is furnished with a double bed and the other has twin beds. The bathroom and shower, located on the same floor, serve both guest rooms.

We welcome guests all year at Lakeside Farm, a perfect overnight stop on your way to or from the Black Hills, only a day's drive away. We are located 15 minutes from U.S. Highway 12 and only 20 minutes from Northeastern South Dakota's beautiful Glacial Lakes.
