William District of San
Antonio, TX. This spacious Victorian home has a central downtown location
and is within walking distance to La Villita, the Convention Center, Market
Square, the Institute of Texas Cultures, Rivercenter Mall and The Spanish
Governor's Palace.

Riverwalk in 1908 by the Oppenheimer family, this historic Victorian
home is elegantly appointed with European flair and comfortable Old
World Charm. The Beauregard House has five unique guestrooms all with

oldest historic district.
Texas Hospitality
abounds when you enter the beautifully appointed foyer and are given
a warm personal greeting by your hosts Lisa and Al Fittipaldi. Make
yourself at home, but be prepared to be pampered. Pour yourself a cup
of tea or coffee, have an afternoon snack and indulge yourself in one
of our beautiful guest rooms. Sip a lemonade and listen to the birds
from the front porch swing. Enjoy all that San Antonio and Texas has
to offer.
Breakfast is the
most important meal of the day! Breakfast is served either in our cozy
dining room, or our tree-shaded porch. The choice is yours. You will
never be served the same breakfast twice during your stay. Each morning
you will awaken to a variety of gourmet delights from French to Spanish,
English to traditional Texan. A variety of fresh ground gourmet coffee,
specialty teas and pastry is always available to our guests.
The Living Room
is a place where the weary traveler can kick off their shoes and make
themselves at home. Original art from as far away as Egypt enhance this
unique room. This exquisite living room is the perfect place to relax
in an overstuffed French Country sofa or chair. Light and airy, this
guest area is like a cool refreshing breath of spring air after a warm
southern afternoon. Books and videotapes are available for your enjoyment
