Seven lovely rooms with private baths, king or queen beds, fine linen, CD players, fresh flowers, chocolates and hill country views await you, as well as two private cottages designed as couples retreats with added amenities such as fireplaces, refrigerators and microwaves. Common areas include a large living room with huge Texas limestone fireplace, library, TV room, decks, patios, verandahs and porches with rocking chairs, swings and hammocks. Dining is a special event at Blair House. Fine cuisine, prepared by classically-trained chef Christopher Stonesifer, is served in our loggia dining room. Menus are made daily and incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables and fresh cheeses from local farms. All pastries, breads and desserts are made here daily. Incredible desserts every evening and delicious full breakfasts are included in your stay. A five course dinner is served on Saturday evening by reservation.
