Room Descriptions and Rates

All rooms have high ceilings, central air, wall to wall carpeting, ceiling fans and private baths. Most have showers; two have tub/shower combinations. Each of the six rooms upstairs opens onto the wrap-around porch. While each room is furnished with antiques and collectibles, each is unique in size, decor and especially views.

Excellent bay view from the porch just outside. Blues and soothing peach dominate the decor, with a lovely Williamsburg spread on the bed.

Guadalupe Mountains

View from the porch All rates are single or double occupancy and include breakfast of hot bread or muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, and coffee or tea. Rates are subject to change and do not include occupancy tax, or security deposit, if required.

Discounts are available to groups renting four(4) or more rooms and/or extended stays of five (5) or more nights.
Check-In: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
(unless arrangements are made for earlier or later check-in)
Check-Out: 11:00am

Reservations are required and will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of deposit. Reservations accepted at (956) 761-2722 from 10am to 8pm daily. If reservation is cancelled at least seven days before confirmed arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $15 processing fee.
