One of the first Austin Victorian homes built in the late 1880's, it is minutes to 6th Street, the Texas State Capital, Barton Springs, Town Lake Hike & Bike Trail, The University of Texas at Austin, Zilker Park, Expo Center, Palmer Auditorium, The Convention Center, Texas History Center, and the LBJ Library. You will be within strolling distance of the night life in downtown Austin, neighborhood shops and parks.

The home has been lovingly restored and features charming architectural details such as hardwood floors, high ceilings, crown molding, original fireplaces and elegant antique furnishings. In addition, the home has been equipped for today's modern traveler with wireless internet access, five rooms with private baths, phone and TV in each room, work areas and other amenities.

Brava House is a Bed & Breakfast Inn that rents out 4 individual suites, each with their own private entrance and bathroom. All rooms are nonsmoking; however smoking is permitted outside. Brava House B&B welcomes families with children, and we also have limited accommodation for pets. If you will have children or pets in your party, please advise us ahead of time. There is a $15 per night pet charge. There is plenty of off-street parking and the Brava House Bed & Breakfast is located in the very lively neighborhood of Clarksville, in Historic Old West Austin, within walking distance to restaurants, parks and shopping, 6th Street, Town Lake Hike and Bike trail, and the Texas Capitol building.

Cancellation Policy: For Reservations (non-Holiday periods) of 3 days or less: A credit card number or deposit equal to one night's room rental is required to reserve a room, and our cancellation policy is 7 days. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to reservation date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-rented. There are no refunds for early departure. Reservations for major Holidays or for extended stays (4 days or more): Require a 50% deposit and have a 2 week cancellation policy. Cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to reservation will receive the initial deposit back less a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date will be charged for the entire stay unless the room is re-rented. There are no refunds for early departure.
