Our home was originally designed as a private escape and retreat for the owners. But, as we traveled throughout Europe, we fell in love with the history and charm of the old Inns, B&B's and In our travels we collected beautiful, historical and rare pieces to enhance the B&B resort, but you will also find more current day additions such as Jacuzzi and a hologram fireplace. As you enter the foyer, you will notice a unique stained glass cross window and tall arched window just to the right. Both pieces date back more than 250 years and were discovered and brought back from a historical Anglican church in Western England.
As the day unwinds, select a book from our library and relax on the porch or your own private balcony in your suite. Warm, comfortable throws along with mulled wine or hot chocolate are available for relaxing evenings. Gather each evening with friends, old and new for a complimentary cocktail hour hosted in the library during chilly months. In warmer months cocktail hour may be on the back verandah surrounded by our Our mouth watering breakfasts are created here each morning, along with our gourmet cooking classes, hosted periodically with "Guest Chefs " from throughout the region. For those early morning risers, we will always have Starbucks coffees accompanied by Biscotti or local German strudel available after 7 am. Most nights of the week we prepare a delicious dinner, which always includes complimentary wine for our guests. Advance reservations of usually 48 hours is appreciated. You may call to inquire about the menu and if a particular evening is available for dinner. $78 per couple in main dining room or $125 per couple for exclusive romantic dinner. On the nights when dinner is not being served in the dining room, or by special arrangement, we offer wonderful hot dinner baskets to enjoy outdoors or in your suite. $58 per couple.
