Bed and Breakfast Inns of North Americahe Inn Above Onion Creek is located in the Texas Hill Country near Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. There is golf nearby, as well as horseback riding and water sports of various types. In addition, there are many places to shop for handcrafted items and antiques and many restaurants to choose from. Several state and private universities and colleges are within a short distance of The Inn.

There are nine very individual rooms, each with an extra feather mattress, balcony, fireplace, and entertainment center. Six of the rooms have whirlpool tubs. Each room is named for a historical character from the Hill Country and decorated in the style of the era in which the person lived. Many antiques enhance the facility, and the beds have been designed new in the old styles. There are beautiful panoramic views from porches and pool in every direction, and there always seems to be a breeze.

Fresh ingredients enhance meals utilizing produce of the region and menus with a Southwestern flair. Rates include supper and a full breakfast each day. Picnic lunches are available for an additional charge, with advance notice.

There are gathering rooms perfect for staff meetings or seminars, group luncheons and dinners, small group meetings, etc. All are comfortably furnished and naturally lit.
