There is a $20 Administration Fee for all cancelled reservations regardless of when the cancellatilon is made. Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will only be charged the Administration Fee. Cancellations made 7 to 1 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of first night's stay plus Administration Fee will be charged to your card. For cancellations made under 24 hours or a No show / No call, full rate for one night plus Administration Fee will be charged to your credit card. Reserving a room in your name assures you that the room will be held for you on the desired date. Your reservation assures us that the room has been rented. We understand that last minute emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, however we regret that exceptions to this policy cannot be made. Member
