Welcome to Manchester's best kept secret! Perched on a hill
overlooking the town, away from the crowds, yet close to the action,
the Manchester Highlands Inn is just the spot you've been
looking for. As soon as you enter you'll feel the special atmosphere:
classical music in the background; Humphrey, the cat, curled up on
the sofa; the aroma of something delicious baking in the oven.
Our lovely Victorian Inn and Carriage House features fifteen charming
guest rooms, recently refurbished with such things as feather beds,
down comforters, and lace curtains. Our living room, sun filled
wicker room, game room, and pub are comfortable spots for relaxing,
snoozing or meeting your fellow guests. In summer, laze in the sun by
the pool, try some croquet on the lawn or rock on the porch and watch
the sun set over Mt. Equinox.
Breakfast at the Inn is one of the best reasons for getting out of
bed (even a feather bed) -- Morning Glory Muffins, Lemon Souffle
Pancakes, Cheddar Souffles, and of course, plenty of Vermont Maple
Syrup. You probably won't have room for lunch...but make sure you
save room for our delicious home baked afternoon snacks.
Sharing our home is what we like to do best, so please come and
discover us. We won't be a secret for long!
