n elegant 1915 Georgian Colonial home, perched on a peaceful hill near the University of Washington. Minutes from downtown attractions. Our guest rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. Furnished with antiques, soft down comforters, private baths, cozy robes, private phones, and TVs. Some rooms have fireplaces, some have kitchens, many have porches. Relax and enjoy our living room by the fire, our sunporch, our gardens, afternoon tea and cookies, and of course our full 3-course gourmet breakfasts!

The inn is located ten minutes from the downtown attractions and a short walk from the University of Washington campus. Football fans can walk to Husky Stadium for UW Husky or Seattle Seahawk games. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Many of the rooms offer views of the Cascade mountains.

A gently sloping staircase leads you from the street level up to our gardens and into our antique filled entryway.

All of the six airy guest rooms are furnished with antiques and, for your convenience, all have private baths and private phones with modem access. Bathrobes, bottled water, soft down comforters, and a resident Teddy bear welcome you to each room. Four rooms have porches, many of which overlook the gardens and the mountains; one room has its own cozy fireplace!

You are invited to sip tea by the fire in the large and cozy living room, eat fresh baked cookies on the sun porch, or relax with a book from the inn's well stocked shelves.
