When your family or group arrives you are the only guests. There are 8 various size beds in five sleeping areas. The lodge can comfortably sleep twelve people. There is a five hundred square foot deck spanning the front of the lodge and overlooking the mountains. The deck is highlighted by a 400 gallon hot tub spa. There are two complete bathrooms, a modern kitchen with all necessary utensils and dishware, a dining area and two wood stove fireplaces for chilly weather. Opportunities abound for the nature lover or the sportsman. The area is blessed with two wild and beautiful rivers -- the New and the Greenbrier. These offer the possibility for white water rafting and canoeing. Historic Lewisburg and the West Virginia state fair (late August) are close by. A ski resort, two national forests, the New River Gorge National Park, Pearl Buck's birth place, the old Rehoboth Church (first church established west of the Alleghanies), the Greenbrier River Trail and mountain bike riding are some of the attractions within short drives. But most of all, High Meadow Farm lodge is a retreat in the best sense. It has a warm, rustic, and restful atmosphere that perfectly suits a family getaway, a reunion, an executive retreat, or a sportsman's vacation. DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:
